Vahid is an accomplished business leader and Electrical Engineer bringing 25+ years of infrastructure, energy, and construction expertise to his role as Co-Founder and COO of GIV Enterprise / GIV Homes.
At GIV (2023 – Present), Vahid is responsible for leading the business strategy and overseeing all operational aspects, focusing on developing vibrant, sustainable communities in Vancouver, such as the current ‘3028 Killarney’ project.
Before GIV, Vahid had a distinguished entrepreneurial career:
He co-founded and scaled HOTCO Power into a leading grade-one EPC Contractor, successfully managing over 50 complex power projects.
He founded Arman Ofogh Ariya Holding, a development and investment company specializing in smart, luxury, and eco-friendly properties with a portfolio exceeding $30 million in value.
A strong advocate for innovation and sustainability, Vahid holds a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, where he graduated with honors.

Pejman is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with an impressive 20+ years of experience in building and growing successful businesses from the ground up across diverse industries.
Equipped with an engineering background and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree, Pejman’s expertise is deeply rooted in strategic planning, negotiation, and capacity building. He successfully built and expanded a company providing critical procurement services in the automotive and food sectors, while also offering strategy advisory and financial services for international projects.
As a passionate advocate for people, Pejman is consistently driven by a mission to create value for all parties involved. He is also the Co-Founder of GIV Enterprise.
